Jobs

Jobs lists background runs: generation, evolve, walk-forward, robustness, regime, portfolio backtest, and data download/updates.

Where each job runs

If the product requires an agent and the TPA is offline, enqueue fails with a clear message → Install and pair.

​

Statuses

Queued → Running → Done / Error / Cancelled / Paused. The list auto-refreshes while jobs are active.

Progress and ETA

Long runs show progress (% / counters). The Generator also shows ETA when the engine computes it. You can leave the page — the job stays under Jobs.

Retention

Under Settings → General → Jobs retention (days):

• How long to keep history (typical default 30).
• 0 = do not auto-delete.
• Cleanup is lazy when enqueueing or running a job (no separate cron).

Common issues

• Job won’t start (agent) → TPA online + Profile Connected.
• OOM on generate → lower workers (Generator).
• Pause missing → that type does not support it.
